Brief Technical Profile:
Before joining Hong Kong Polytechnic as a lecturer in 1985, Dr. Lo had been working in local industries. His experience included technical jobs of television broadcasting, engineering and management of semiconductor manufacturing and consumer product manufacturing. He is now an assistant professor of the University. His current research interests include signal processing engineering/technology management and image processing.
