Born in Hong Kong, I completed my high school locally. Afterwards, I continued my studies at King’s College, University of London, United Kingdom. Having obtained my BEng(Hons) and PhD degrees, I returned to Hong Kong and started to serve as an academic at the Department of Electronic & Information Engineering, Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Currently, I am a professor in the Department.
