Attendees are urged to register early to avoid the higher on-site
fee. For early registration, the registration form (be available
soon) must be received with payment (in HK dollars / US dollars
/ RMB¥ only) NO later than 17 August 2004. Please note
that at least one author per paper must register by 20 September
2004. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the ISIMP
Technical Program. Each registrant will receive one CD-ROM and be
admitted to all technical sessions including the keynote speeches
and banquet. (Note: Banquet is not included
in student registration).

proper payment authorization will be denied without notification.
All Bank Drafts or local personal cheques should be made payable
to IEEE Hong Kong Chapter of Signal Processing. According
to local regulation, credit card payment will be charged in HK
dollars. No refund is available when payment is received.
